Next Day if you use our with our Free Next Day Delivery service
We use DPD for all deliveries and with them you can:-

• Track a delivery
  
• Rearrange your delivery
  
• Receive live updates after your item has been shipped
  
• Receive proof of delivery as required
  

Next working day delivery is available for the majority of the UK mainland if orders are received and confirmed before 2:30pm.

*Deliveries may take slightly longer if there is a need for our engineers to setup / program your radios. Licence information will be needed for this service.

Your card will be charged as soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as the goods have been dispatched.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 7 working days from date of delivery for a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.
You must inform us of your reasons for returning the goods. We would need this information by email to sales@radiowavesuk.co.uk. We will then issue you by email a Returns Material Authorisation Number (RMA). Please mark the RMA number on the outer packaging.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed accessories and documentation. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of the return delivery
On receipt of the goods into our warehouse, the goods will be inspected and photographed by our warehouse team, after inspection if it is apparent that reasonable care of the equipment has not been taken, we reserve the right to levy a surcharge from the amount of the refund.

*No goods will be accepted for return without Returns Material Authorisation Number (RMA) and Equipment Serial Numbers must match the ones on your Invoice.
